Traditionally, this money comes from bank loans. But bank loans are notoriously hard to get these days.
They ask you for pristine credit, collateral worth ten times more than the loan you're asking for, and a DNA test.
First, how the scenario unfolds in a traditional private lending setup.
Then, we'll pivot to Microbanking - which I used for this deal.
“Okay, Matt. I’ll give you the $250,000 at 10% interest only for 12 months.”
10% of 250 grand is $25,000. That means he’d pay $2083 per month for 12 months (2,083 x 12 = 25,000).
And because I’m acting as the bank I also get to include a few other other fees totaling around $10,000.
